Abstract

[en] This project paper aims at understanding the relations between a recruitment office, Equip’, and the businesses active in two specific sectors: the transport and logistics sector and the retail sector. The environment around Equip’, as well internal as external, is analysed in order to get more information about the Human Resources area.
The centre of this project paper is the brand image and the brand awareness of Equip’ concerning businesses. Based on the collected information during the first section of this essay, several recommendations will be presented in this paper in order to bring possible solutions to increase the awareness of the brand and to improve the brand image.
