Abstract
[fr] Notre société en constante évolution adapte sa manière de vivre, de consommer, et de se développer. A l'heure actuelle, le schéma traditionnel du mode d'habitat se voit bouleversé par l'arrivée de nouvelles manières de vivre... tous ensemble : l'habitat groupé. Notre droit est-il adapté à ce nouveau schéma ? Quels sont les mécanismes légaux existants répondant à cette volonté de vivre en communauté ? Sont-ils adaptés ? Quelles sont leurs failles/forces ? Dans une perspective d'avenir, comment pourrions-nous développer notre droit afin qu'il s'approche au plus de ces évolutions ?
