Abstract
[en] Investigation on unsteady methods for solving URANS equations. These methods, encompassing mainly the chorochronic and the RNA methods, have been applied on the first stage of a low-pressure compressor undergoing flows at sonic conditions. Eventually a comparison between these unsteady methods and the steady method of the mixing plane have been realized to draw gains of unsteady methods over steady ones. Both the numerical performance and the results of simulations are the object of the comparison.
