Abstract
[fr] Le travail consistera à analyser la manière dont la problématique actuelle de la migration est appréhendée en droit belge. Il s’agira de déterminer la frontière entre le rôle du juge administratif et celui du juge judiciaire, sachant que ces approches peuvent éventuellement être combinées mais doivent, en tous les cas, respecter les prescriptions des droits fondamentaux qui revêtent une importance particulière dans cette situation précaire.
