Abstract

[fr] This thesis tackles the problem of trying to develop an algorithm which is able to perform an automatic quality detection of specific physiological signals for a pregnancy monitoring device. The work is centred around 3 specific bio-signals, being the maternal ECG, the foetal ECG and the maternal EHG. for each of these signals, a specific algorithm will be presented in order to detect the different artefacts and the noise levels in order to be able to quantify the general quality of the signal. The algorithm for the EHG is only developed theoretically while the one relative to the ECG has been properly implemented and its performance is discussed at the end of the work through a validation process. The conclusion of the report regroups information about what has been achieved during the thesis as well as the possible work to be done in the future to improve the work.
