Abstract
[en] The objective of this thesis is to develop an innovative approach about risk management and especially about the risk management of the risks induced by the digitalization. The phenomenon of digitalization has been growing for several years until reaching the status of worldwide topic. It has many impacts and consequences over the whole world but also locally for small companies. The companies have to adapt themselves in order to stay competitive and attractive for the consumers. At the same time, the decision-making bodies of the companies have to manage the different risks induced by the digitalization. It is well known that during a decision-making process, the individual is subject to cognitive biases which impact its ability to take rational decisions. The goal of this thesis is to analyze and understand the cognitive biases which impact the decision-making bodies inside a company and lead to errors within the digital risk management process.
