Abstract
[fr] The thesis examines the evolution of the parliamentary influence, in the Economic and Monetary Union, from the Maastricht Treaty to the present time. It makes use of a content analysis to assess legal texts reforming the European economic governance. Particular attention is paid to the recent proposals to improve it, such as the report of the Presidents of the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Euro Summit, the Eurogroup and the European Central Bank establishing . The objective is to shed light to attempts to strenghten legitimacy in the Economic and Monetary Union.
