Abstract
[en] This work explores the connections between the philosophical and activist movement ecofeminism and three speculative fiction novels by the North American authors Margaret Atwood and Octavia E. Butler. It studies how the oppression of women and marginalized groups is linked to environmental damage in The Handmaid’s Tale, Oryx and Crake and Parable of the Sower, and reflects on the interconnectedness between humanity and the natural world inside these stories.
