Abstract
[fr] This research paper delves into the discernible impact of Bollywood on Nepali films, aiming to precisely identify its defining elements. Through a historical lens, it explores Nepal's context, Indian cinematic history, and the evolution of Nepali cinema. The key focus lies in differentiating the presence of Bollywood influence in mainstream Nepali films from its absence in non-mainstream ones. Ultimately, the paper seeks to foster an authentic depiction of Nepal's essence on screen, nurturing a unique cinematic identity for Nepali cinema.
