Abstract
[en] The focus of the thesis is to capture actual moments of innovation in the planning of Rotterdam through the combination of timelines, maps, in-depth interviews and reproduction of original drawings and documents. As the publication ‘Changing Cultures of Planning’ is only focussing on the territory of ‘Kop van Zuid’ in period between 1982 and 2012, this thesis enlarges the spacial scope and time frame.
