Abstract
[en] Through this comparative work, the effects of geographical proximity with autocratic realities on indicators of democratic quality (notably freedom of expression) will be taken into consideration. In addition, prospects for stability and democratic resilience will be discussed in consideration of the threat of invasion suffered by the two countries under study.
[fr] À travers ce travail comparatif, les effets de la proximité géographique avec des réalités autocratiques sur les indicateurs de la qualité démocratique (notamment la liberté d’expression) seront pris en considération. En outre, les prospectives de stabilité et résilience démocratique seront discutées face à la menace d’invasion subie par les deux pays objet d’étude.
