Abstract
[en] This thesis explores the representation of the Court of Chancery and the Jarndyce and Jarndyce suit in Charles Dickens's novel Bleak House. It examines the ways in which the novelist criticised the legal system and considers the potential impact of the novel on the legal reforms that followed its publication.
