Abstract
[fr] This thesis explores the potential of additive manufacturing to optimize the performance of air-oil heat exchangers for aircraft engines. It investigates innovative internal matrix geometries, including staggered fins, alternating airfoil-shaped tubes, and wavy channels that leverage Dean vortices. These designs were analyzed using computational fluid dynamics and literature-based parameter studies. The objective was to enhance heat transfer efficiency while minimizing pressure losses, all within the operational constraints of additive manufacturing.
