Abstract
[en] Grapevines are affected by numerous viruses and viroids that can cause significant diseases and are spread through vegetative propagation. In Belgian vineyards, their presence remains poorly documented. This study analysed 113 grapevine pooled samples from Walloon vineyards using high-throughput sequencing, revealing 30 viruses and viroids. Six regulated non-quarantine pests were detected, including RpRSV and GFLV, both confirmed by RT-PCR and Sanger sequencing.
