Abstract
[fr] Cette étude explore les déterminants comportementaux qui pourraient influencer l'adhésion à la radioprotection professionnelle en se basant sur la Théorie du Comportement Planifié et le modèle COM-B. Un questionnaire à l'intention du personnel hospitalier a permis d'envisager les corrélations entre ces déterminants et le comportement effectif de radioprotection. Les principaux résultats montrent une volonté du personnel a appliqué la radioprotection mais une nécessité d'adapter leur environnement pour promouvoir les bonnes pratiques.
