Abstract
[en] The aim of this work was to emphasize the Europeanisation process in Bosnia and Herzgovina within which the the EU as well as the Council of Europe play a significant role. The idea was to analyse whether a complementarity exists between these two actors and if so, to what extend they are successful in helping Bosnia and Herzegovina to achieve the final goal, namely the membership to the EU. The complementarity between the EU and the Council has been analysed through the Sejdic-Finci case and the unsuccessful attempt to reform the Bosnian Constitution.
