Abstract
[fr] This study reviews the pitfalls that prevent the deployment of the European Union battlegroups. The military policy instrument is approached by analyzing the general character of the European Union crisis management, then, by describing the fast-track procedure and the instrument itself. Finally, the hindering causes are articulated by analyzing three conflicts that could have seen the battlegroups action.
