Abstract
[fr] The current environment in which organizations evolve is increasingly complex. Organizations in need to identify the environment in which they operate in order to seize opportunities and mitigate risks need the right tools. Organizational resilience therefore provides a specific framework for environmental scanning. It gives organizations the potential to anticipate, resist and recover from crises and shocks.
To face the challenges presented by the current environment, resilience must acquire new tools in line with the evolution of the environment. This work therefore explores how artificial intelligence tools can help in building resilience within an organization.
Resilience is defined according to 3 main axes which are the analysis of the environment for anticipation, the reaction to unforeseen events based on the efficient use of available resources and the learning from past events. This work will then explore the elements contributing to each axis of resilience and determine how artificial intelligence could be a lever for them.
