Abstract
[en] The objective of this master thesis is to write a roadmap of the different stages in order to liberalize the railway market in Belgium, by introducing the historical context and the main causes of its decline, by analysing the legislation and the impacts it could have on the main concerned parties in Belgium, and finally by comparing foreign situations.
