Résumé
[en] Smart Mobility as an integral part of a Smart City is a challenge for many cities. Pursuing the aim of making the performance of Smart Mobility projects measurable, a performance measurement system is established. Since there is no performance measurement system known for Smart Mobility projects, neither in the literature nor in the practice, a deductive approach is chosen. First, 31 papers are evaluated in a systematic way, dealing with the per-formance measurement of Smart Mobility projects. This results in a structure of Smart Mo-bility projects systematized in four dimensions, 16 factors and 64 indicators. Expert inter-views are held in order to evaluate and to enrich the research results. By combining these results, four Balanced Scorecards are developed in this thesis to measure the performance of Smart Mobility projects: accessibility, availability of Information and Communication Technology infrastructure, sustainability, and mobility services and technologies. Each Bal-anced Scorecard consists of four measurement dimensions, which are also backed by objec-tives. 57 indicators from literature and 36 indicators from practice are used for all four Bal-anced Scorecards. Thus, the performance measurement of Smart Mobility projects is based on a total of 93 indicators, with each indicator in the Balanced Scorecard being backed by an objective direction or objective value. The closer the achievement of the objective value or the objective direction, the better the performance of the respective Smart Mobility project.
