Abstract
[en] Previously known as sheltered workshops, adapted work companies are social enterprises whose mission is the socio-professional integration of people with disabilities. Although these companies have been very successful since their apparition, this does not mean that they do not face possible problems. Since their creation, the main challenge for ETAs has been to balance social and economic objectives. However, they are now at a turning point in their existence where their management and structure are no longer in line with the evolution of their context and the demands of the market. Indeed, the environment in which these companies were conceived has evolved, while the management of these companies has difficulty in developing. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to understand the origin of the current challenges of ETAs in order to redefine an organizational model adapted to their context by developing adequate solutions in terms of structure, management in human resources and operating mode.
