Abstract
[en] Embarking in a journey of Digital transformation seems to be the struggle that businesses must embrace in order to achieve success and sustainability in a highly disrupted environment. This means seeking value outside rather than inside. In this research, we address how digitalization has pushed business to develop from the traditional pipeline model, towards more flexible, complex and rich models. And how technology has both pushed and allowed companies to create value in new ways.
