Abstract
[en] This dissertation deals with the depiction of climate change in Amitav Ghosh's 'The Hungry Tide' (2004) and 'Gun Island' (2019), respectively written before and after 'The Great Derangement', in which Ghosh observes a global failure among writers to tackle climate change.
