Abstract
[en] This dissertation aspires to catch the imagination to transform the Flemish Agency of Integration and Citizenship into a Learning Organization. It aims to unravel the criteria to connect learning on the individual level, team level and organizational level. It hopes to shed light on how to develop the ability to learn while being in constant change. By rethinking how human systems can be transformed, it offers insights in how to make learning a mode of personnel enjoyment and professional success.
