Abstract
[fr] FR - En appliquant la sociologie de la traduction à quatre projets LegalTechs belges, cette étude souhaite comprendre comment se déroule la transition d’un premier à un second projet LegalTech, sur base de quels moyens techniques, par la mise en œuvre de quelles stratégies et en réponse à quels enjeux et opportunités.
EN - By applying the actor-network theory to four Belgian LegalTech projects, this study aims to understand how the transition from a first to a second LegalTech project takes place, on the basis of which technical means, by the implementation of which strategies and in response to what challenges and opportunities.
