Résumé
[en] The subject of this master thesis is the impact of digitalization in the industrialization of business
processes within an SME. At the moment, SMEs are facing their biggest challenge, the digital transition.
To develop this topic, we will use a practical case study: that of Plasturgie Lazzerini, a Belgian SME in
full development. On this basis we will establish a landscape of the situation for Belgian SMEs about
the digitalization of their processes. We will then study the different solutions available on the market
with always bringing a practical dimension via the case of Lazzerini Plastics. To give this master thesis
a managerial dimension, we will look at the changes that these new processes imply for an SME. The
aim of this study is to be able to orientate a diagnosis within a company, to find the solution best
adapted to its needs, to measure the effects and to adapt the strategy according to the results and
finally to integrate a managerial approach to guarantee the adhesion of all the parties concerned.
