Abstract
[fr] The choice of this thesis topic is driven by the fact that that previous research only focus on the impact of the FinTech companies can have on the banking sector without analysing the current reaction and response of banks. Further, as banks are a very important asset for Luxembourg, the government is the first stakeholders looking for compromises to stay competitive in the financial world while keeping its banking sector healthy. Hence, the interest is also to know how the FinTech companies and banks interact in the Luxembourgish framework,
