Abstract
[fr] While the digital transition is booming, the companies in our economic fabric are divided according to their levels of development. Some companies with well-established trade flows, do not yet look at the issue of this transition while other new entrants successfully adapt to the change. The big oil companies or Supermajors are no exception to the rule. This thesis aims to define and analyze the key success factors in the challenge of the digital transition inside TotalEnergies.
