Abstract

[en] Brand awareness, visibility and image are inseparable factors in the success and proper functioning of a brand or company. This work proposes to analyze the commercial, marketing and managerial causes and to highlight them through the practical case of a world-renowned company, but where some of its "passion brands" are not unanimously accepted, as in the case of the football brand Kipsta.
What are the key factors/issues ? What are the sales indicators to be put in place in order to succeed in developing the brand and the company ? What commercial, managerial and marketing strategies should be adopted ? What managerial, commercial and marketing recommendations should be put in place ? What recommendations should be made for a company/brand that is losing momentum or whose customer perception is not what was expected ? What is brand rebranding ? What is brand image ? Why do customers perceive the brand in this way ? What are the causes ? What has gone right or wrong in the company ?
The aim of this work is to analyze the causes of a lack of awareness/visibility of a company and, above all, how to remedy it so that the company in question can change its customer perception and its brand image in order to gain market share in its respective market. We will provide solutions and recommendations to help brands gain awareness, credibility and visibility.
From a more concrete point of view, we will give an overview of the brand Kipsta, its strategic planning, its market, its businesses, its growth strategies etc. in order to know a little more about the company concerned. We will then detail the outline of what will be explained in this work, the problematic, the justification of the choice of the subject, the objective(s) to be reached as well as the explanation of some key concepts necessary for the good understanding of the work.
In the more practical part of this work, we will analyze the current situation of the brand and which elements have already been adapted in order to draw up a non-exhaustive list of some recommendations/suggestions that may be relevant for the brand to implement in order to improve its awareness and create a strong brand image in the years to come.
