Résumé
[fr] The first part of this work consists in defining the contours of an impact strategy, how it differs from social entrepreneurship or philanthropy. What are the main characteristics and the desired assets? What are its limits? What is the place of impact entrepreneurship in the world of 2022. The second part of the work is a concrete dive into the Galler chocolate factory via interviews with the different stakeholders. The work seeks to identify the modes of implementation of the impacting strategy and how it behaves in a major crisis situation, what are the real assets that the company gets from it, what are the key elements of this impacting strategy.
