Abstract
[en] This thesis focuses on the development of a new service offering in the field of mental health
for businesses in Wallonia. It begins with an introduction that presents the organization Life
and Job, a non-profit organization created in 2019 to help individuals maintain a balance
between their personal and professional lives.
The first chapter addresses the issue of mental health in the workplace in Belgium, particularly
in Wallonia. It highlights the increase in absenteeism at work due to burnout and the impact of
the Covid-19 pandemic on the mental health of workers.
The second chapter explores the history of legislation on occupational well-being in Belgium,
including recent regulations on the reintegration process and the right to disconnect. It also
defines psychosocial risks and their implications for workers, businesses, and society.
The third chapter focuses on the development of a new B2B service offering for Life and Job.
It outlines the different stages of this process, from the analysis of the situation to the
implementation of the strategy.
The fourth chapter is a reflective assessment of the process and futurs prospects for Life and
Job in the field of mental health in the workplace.
