Abstract
[en] Tissue Factor (TF) and coagulation factor VIIa (FVIIa) form a proteolytic complex capable of activating coagulation. CD44 was shown to be a target of TF/FVIIa proteolytic activity in breast cancer cells. The present work confirmed this novel mechanism in a cervical cancer cell line.
