Abstract
[en] The number of children, adolescents, and young adults (CAYA) cancer survivors has increased over the last decades, and the long-term side effects of treatments have gained greater importance. High doses of alkylating agents can compromise reproductive function by leading to infertility. There is a gap concerning the impact of lower doses of chemotherapy associated with the removal of ovarian tissue on the future fertility of girls and young women.
