Abstract
[en] This master thesis compares human translation and machine translation based on the fantasy novel "Queen of All" by Anya Leigh Josephs. It answers the following questions: Can machine translation be used to translate literature? What about fantasy novels in particular? Is MT more useful for the translator or is it a hindrance? Does it save time or does it require too much human intervention? Does it affect the quality and style of the translation? All in all, can a well-trained machine translation program ultimately replace a human translator?
