Abstract
[en] This thesis looks at how multinational corporations manage multilingualism in their internal communication. To this end, interviews were conducted with six multinational companies in Belgium. The topics covered were multilingualism in multinational corporations, the various language management techniques, and the more technical and social aspects of languages in corporations.
