Abstract
[fr] This thesis provides an evaluation of the business potential of a new Internet-based food delivery services.
The business idea is founded on the creation of an innovative business modeling to deliver baking kit services to home bakers. The concept aims at delivering differentiated and diversified baking kits with all pre-measured solid ingredients delivered doorstep on-demand or through subscription.
