Abstract

[en] This thesis is about analysing legal challenges for businesses in Europe with regards towards recent and future development in technology, especially the development of artificial intelligence (AI). This development in artificial intelligence is estimated to largely impact global markets as well as society and labour markets. Businesses will be highly impacted in the creation and protection of intellectual property (IP).
