From our findings, healthcare organizations faced a lot of barriers stemming from stringent regulations, complex suppliers and clients, budget constraints, and slight resistance to change. We further provided recommendations for healthcare organization to overcome the barriers they face and use the strategies proposed to successfully implement e-invoicing systems.
