Abstract
[en] The BMW Louyet Wavre dealership is currently facing a significant challenge due to the rise in electric vehicle (EV) sales. Unlike traditional cars, EVs require minimal maintenance, which directly impacts the dealership's revenue stream. My thesis explores how this trend is affecting the dealership, supported by various electrification statistics from Europe and Belgium. Throughout my research, I conducted surveys to gather insights and identify potential solutions to this issue. The goal was to find innovative ways for the dealership to generate new revenue streams in response to the evolving automotive landscape. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem and offer strategic recommendations to ensure the dealership's continued success in an increasingly electrified market.
