Abstract

[en] In a highly competitive business environment, companies need to manage their processes
efficiently to deliver high-quality services while maintaining their competitive edge. Trasis
encounters inefficiencies in public procurement management and subsequent follow-up,
impacting productivity and customer satisfaction.
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and optimize Trasis' processes for managing public
contracts. After a detailed contextual presentation of the company, critical issues are
identified. The literature review explores theoretical and methodological frameworks such
as process modeling, Six Sigma, Lean Management and digitalization. The methodology
adopted follows DMADV, BPMN and PDCA approaches, with interviews and in-depth
analysis of current workflows.
Practical application at Trasis includes the development of a change management
framework, improved inter-departmental coordination and the use of digital tools. The
managerial implications and limitations of the proposed improvements are discussed. In
conclusion, this dissertation proposes a practical framework for optimizing Trasis' internal
processes, improving coordination and ensuring successful change management, thereby
supporting the company's mission to offer innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.
