Abstract

[en] The methodology includes theoretical parts followed by practical application within the Food Impact framework.
The theoretical part provides a literature-based knowledge base, leading to a detailed company presentation. The first part goes over concepts such as Business Process Management, Knowledge Work, Innovation & Change management, Company culture and structure. These concepts are applied to Food Impact’s environnement in the company’s description.
The practical part focuses on applying solutions through change and innovation management plans, with selected solutions tested and analyzed using both qualitative interviews and quantitative data. Discussion will be made over unapplied solutions and context will be drawn for future application.
