Abstract
[en] Neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) represent one of the defense mechanisms employed by neutrophils during the immune response. The excessive formation of NETs is associated with various diseases, such as inflammatory lung diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative, or autoimmune disorders. NETs are decorated with various enzymes that also contribute to the diseases. The aim of this study was to optimize the detection and quantification of of this enzyme using Nanobodies®.
