Abstract
[fr] Industry is in the middle of a work revolution. Vanishing borders in context of multinational companies, the rise of artificial intelligence, as well as new ways of collaboration, superposed by a new generation of consumers, who ask for a tailored and intuitive brand or product experience, are compelling industry to break new ground.
This is also true for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry with its rich history of strong brands, innovative products and highly productive manufacturing processes, which has recently been experiencing more difficulties in context of talent attraction, due to a work environment that is perceived as less attractive in general. In addition to this, this industry experiences one of the highest turnover rates. To address these challenges, it is crucial to examine recent trends in the FMCG industry to gain insights about possible options for fast-moving consumer goods manufacturers and how they can redevelop their approach of talent management to obtain the best talents and enhance talent retention rates again.
