Abstract
[en] This thesis explores the integration of African students, specifically from Cameroon and Morocco, into management schools. Through a case study conducted at HEC Liège, it examines the social, cultural, and academic challenges these students face. The study is based on interviews with 15 students, including 8 Cameroonians and 7 Moroccans, to compare their integration experiences. The findings reveal that integration is influenced by various factors, including intercultural interactions, pedagogical methods, and institutional support structures. The thesis offers recommendations to improve the inclusion of African students in management schools, emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in educational methods.
