Abstract

[en] This thesis explores the levers for commercializing SaaS solutions in the financial sector, a field still characterized by a strong aversion to technological risk. Based on a qualitative analysis conducted with key market players, it identifies the barriers and drivers of adoption specific to regulated B2B environments. The study leads to a set of strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing the alignment between SaaS offerings, sales messaging, and client expectations. The case of Gambit Financial Solutions serves as a guiding thread throughout this applied reflection.
