Abstract
[en] In a context of digital transformation, this thesis explores the implementation of a supplier
relationship management (SRM) tool within Sonaca, an international company in the aeronautics
sector. Through the case study of the implementation of the Ivalua solution, this work analyses
the strategic, organisational, and human challenges linked to the digitalisation of procurement.
Using a qualitative methodology and combination of literature reviews and semi-structured
interviews, this analysis explores Sonaca objectives : to centralise data, automate processes,
improve collaboration with suppliers, and adopt data-driven management. It also highlights the
challenges encountered : resistance to change, technological integration, user training, and
adaptation of internal processes.
The analysis uses the polyphonic management model to evaluate change management and
proposes concrete recommendations to enhance the adoption of the solution, improve team
support, and prepare for the future integration of artificial intelligence into the platform. This
literary work is the fruit of two years’ work-study within Sonaca purchasing department. It
shows an understanding of business challenges and an ability to link theory and practice in a
digital transformation project.
