Abstract
[en] This thesis explores how to improve information sharing within the sales department by focusing on data reliability, relevant visual reporting (via Power BI), and user adoption. Conducted at EVS Broadcast Equipment, it highlights common challenges such as fragmented data, unclear reports, and low engagement with BI tools. Through interviews and a multidisciplinary approach, the study identifies key solutions: stronger data governance, user-centered report design, and better communication and training. The goal is to help organizations make data a real driver of decision-making and performance.
