Abstract
[fr] Dans un secteur où performance économique et mission humaine s’entrelacent, ce travail explore l’impact des styles managériaux sur l’engagement organisationnel des employés administratifs en agences d’intérim. À travers une enquête qualitative menée en région liégeoise entre octobre 2024 et mars 2025, il met en lumière comment reconnaissance, confiance et styles de leadership façonnent l’attachement affectif, normatif ou continu des salariés. Cette recherche originale croise les cadres théoriques d’Allen & Meyer et de Blake & Mouton, révélant les dynamiques souvent invisibles qui motivent ou freinent l’investissement professionnel dans un environnement sous tension.
