Abstract
[fr] Ce mémoire porte sur la pérennité du comité citoyen du Parc national de la Vallée de la Semois (PNVS). À travers une étude de cas, il analyse les trajectoires d’apprentissage de deux actrices impliquées : Mathilde (Fabrique Écocitoyenne) et Sarah (PNVS). L’objectif est de comprendre comment un processus de co-construction en intelligence collective permet le développement de compétences individuelles et collectives, et d’examiner le rôle structurant des cadres institutionnels.
La recherche repose sur une immersion de terrain durant le premier cycle d’ateliers citoyens (printemps 2025). L’analyse montre que les compétences émergent de l’action située, de la réflexivité et de la circulation des savoirs distribués entre acteurs. Elle met aussi en évidence l’influence des cadres organisationnels sur l’appropriation et la transmission de ces apprentissages.
Ce travail contribue à une meilleure compréhension des conditions de transmission et de construction de compétences dans les dispositifs participatifs.
[en] This thesis focuses on the sustainability of the citizens’ committee of the Semois Valley National Park (PNVS). Through a case study, it analyzes the learning trajectories of two participants: Mathilde (Fabrique Écocitoyenne) and Sarah (PNVS). The objective is to understand how a co-construction process grounded in collective intelligence fosters the development of individual and collective skills, and to examine the structuring role of institutional frameworks.
The research is based on field immersion during the first cycle of citizen workshops (spring 2025). The analysis shows that skills emerge from situated action, reflexivity, and the circulation of distributed knowledge among participants. It also highlights the influence of organizational frameworks on the appropriation and transmission of these learnings.
This work contributes to a better understanding of the conditions for the transmission and construction of skills within participatory mechanisms.
