Abstract
[fr] The primary objective of this thesis is to provide GDTech with a comprehensive implementation
strategy for the ESI suite, based on our extensive market research and feedback from in-depth
interviews.
The results obtained will enable us to put in place an effective ESI implementation strategy, precisely aligning the software’s functionalities with the needs and constraints of manufacturers, structuring appropriate support to guarantee user appropriation and optimizing GDTech’s internal organisation to support this adoption over the long term.
Ultimately, the aim of this operational framework is to maximise the value provided by ESI to its
customers and to consolidate GDTech’s competitive position in the Belgian market.
